Claims for returns or refunds must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products. Any claim made beyond this 30-day period will not be eligible for return or refund.

Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or refund. All returns must be in the original condition and packaging in which they were received.

Article 4: No Refund of Shipping Fees

Upon successful verification and receipt of returned Products, if applicable, Immaculate Concoctions will process the refund back to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless the Customer opts for a store credit.
